Memebers of N.W.A EAZY-E: Co Founder and funder for his Label Ruthless Records DR.DRE: The main group's producer ICE CUBE: Lead rapper and writer for most lyrisc MC REN: Key rapper introduced in Mid 1988 DJ YELLA: The group's DJ and co producer 1986 Compton. Before N.W.A EAZY-E (Real name Eric Wright) Was a drug dealer. He used money from his hustling and decided to form ruthless records along with their new manager Jerry Heller Reruiting memebers to build N.W.A . EAZY-E later meets DR.DRE (Andre young) and also meets DJ YELLA (Antoine Carraby) The 2 of them had already been in a group. The World class wreckin cru. DJ YELLA and DR.DRE joined EAZY-E as DJs and Producers. In 1984 DR.DRE had then introcuded ICE CUBE (O'shea Jackson) to EAZY-E as a new memeber to N.W.A The start of there fame

On 3 March 1987 N.W.A had finally realsed their first song "Boyz-n-the-Hood" (Eazy's Most famous Song) Written by ICE CUBE and produced by DR.DRE.In the Making of the song DR.DRE convinced EAZY-E Record it Despite EAZY's lack of intrest of being a rapper. In mid 1988 one final person had joined the group. MC REN (Lorezeno Patterson) Was rectuired as N.W.A's sixth memeber after proving himself by co-writing and pefroming on most of Eric's debut solo album, "Eazy-Duz-It" while Ice cube was at college

1988 August N.W.A Realses Sraight outta compton probaly their most famous song even to this day. Sraight outta compton produced by YELLA and DR.DRE and vocalized by Eric , Lorzeno and Oshea. In the song they describe the police bruatlity and Rasicam that African Americans recive by the law. Also describing the streets and surival. They describe thier home compton as a as a place of extremes where one must be "equipped to deal or left behind". Most lyrics talking about crime and drug dealing throught the song. In 1988 N.W.A were banned from most mainstream american radios. But despite the ban N.W.A still sold over 10 millon units in U.S Alone

The First crack

In 1989 the group created a new song called "F tha police" as a protest agnist police bruatlity. Even in the past memebers in N.W.A Have been fasley accused of crimes and have recived rasicm from cops. leading to a large part of conversty aganist the group and the song. The FBI had sent a warning letter to the groups record label. Claimed the song engcouring volience aganist law enforcement. Despite all the threats N.W.A were not afraid of the letter. Also throught the years N.W.A was banned from peforming the song at venues. A famous indecint occured during N.W.A's concert in Detriot they did the song "F tha Police" within a matter mintues LAPD rushed the stage and cornered the exits and deatind the group. Beyond bans the group was often targeted by local police departments during their tours. Leading to stops , searchs , and harrasment at intimdating members and their own fans. ICE CUBE Leaves

In Demecember of 1989 ICE CUBE Left due to servere financial and managment disuptes with their Manager Jerry Heller and EAZY-E Despite ICE CUBE wirting nearly all the lyrics for Straight outta compton and Eazy-E's solo album He felt he wasnt receiving his fair share of there income. He reportldy only reviced $32,000 for his work , While the groups tour alone was over $650,000 Jerry Heller prestend a new conttract to Cube but he had refused. Oshea Started to grow supsion of Jerry's role as both the group's manager and co-owwner of ruthless records. Belving jerry priortized Eazy-E's Financial interests over the rest of the group. Demecember 23 1989 Oshea jackson leaves N.W.A due the amount of income he was recinvg.

N.W.A vs ICE CUBE

When ICE CUBE left he never mentioned N.W.A on his debut solo album. The rivalry only started after N.W.A realesed the song "100 Miles and Runnin"" Calling Cube a coward who " couldnt take it" and "Now its 4 because the fifth couldnt make it" 1991 responds with a the disstrack "No vasleine" which is now one consdiered the best disstracks in rap history. In the song it talks about how DR.DRE and YELLA "Used to wear lipstick and lace" Descrbing how someone like DRE and YELLA Could be real gangsters despite only EAZY-E being the only one out of the group who was atucally related to the gang life. He also talks about how Eric betrayed him calling him a tratior. And MC REN and YELLA as weak followers manipulated of Jerry heller. Saying "You let a jew break up my Crew" And telling to go back and stick to producing other than rapping.

DEATHROW VS N.W.A

Memebers of Deathrow: DR.DRE (Andre young) SNOOP DOG (Calvin Cordozar Broadus Jr.) 2PAC (Tupac Shukar) 1991 DR.DRE leaves N.W.A and ruthless records by a fallout with Eric and Jerry DR.DRE felt like he was getting underpaid as the groups main producer. He nocited how he saw Jerry and Eric getting better treatment. Later in 1991 Dre co founded death row records alongside Suge knight and D.O.C The first step was freeing Dr. Dre from his existing contract with Ruthless Records. After Ice Cube's departure, Suge Knight and The D.O.C. reviewed the label's books and convinced Dre that Eazy-E and manager Jerry Heller were withholding his earnings. Knight allegedly used strong-arm tactics—including threats with lead pipes and bats—to force Eazy-E to sign release papers for Dre, The D.O.C., and singer Michel’le in April 1991 Throught 1992-1994 Both studios were trhowing disses left and right. DRE realeases DRE DAY. A disstrack leading towards EAZY-E. Even having a Parody character named "Sleazy -E" EAZY-E Later responds with Real Muthaphuckkin G's Attacking DRE's Atuhenticity mocking his Pre-N.W.A 'Swquinded suit' During the music video A image in the word class wreckin cru showed DRE before him becoming a gangster rapper. Famously stating the "Dre Day" only meant "Eazy's payday" because a contract that DRE had signed was still on meaning that when DRE was dissing Eric he was profiting of DRE's Music.

The End

On February 24, 1995, Eazy-E (Eric Wright) was admitted to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles for what he believed was a violent cough or asthma. But as a shocking discovery Doctors inseatd told him that Eric had Full-Blown Aids he did not he had HIV. On March 16, 1995, he released a public statement through his attorney, famously saying, "I've learned in the last week that this thing is real, and it doesn't discriminate. It affects everyone". On March 26 1995 at 6:35 eazy-e pecafully passed away on his hostipal bed. Altough No one from the group came only YELLA out of the other 4 of N.W.A . After EAZY-E's Death DRE Offically left DEATHROW to start aftermath.
